A green woodworking session was held at Whareama in the Wairarapa in Feb 2024 (at Bruce's place). This entailed using steam to bend the rims & slats to make trugs, making 3-legged stools by splitting the small logs, using draw knives on shaving horses and pole lathes to turn the legs, weaving a wicker seat cover for spindle turned stool and the repair of an 18th century rush seated corner chair.
